Late Cancellation
To ensure that our practitioners can provide you with the best possible care, we ask that you respect your appointment time. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a full-service charge. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, the more advance notice you can give us, the better we can manage our schedule and ensure that other patients can be seen in a timely manner.

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our patients, please get ready on time for your scheduled appointments. We value your time and strive to adhere to our appointment schedule. If a patient is not ready at their scheduled appointment time, their treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.

Double Booking

We prioritize all our patients and strive to provide timely appointments. To ensure equitable access to our services, we implement a single-booking policy per day for each specific treatment. This policy helps us allocate resources efficiently and avoid overbooking, allowing us to deliver consistent and quality care to every patient.

Maximum Number of Treatments

To ensure optimal treatment outcomes and fair access for all patients, we kindly request that appointments for the same treatment be limited to a maximum of two per week. This allows your body sufficient time for rest, recovery, rejuvenation and regain its natural strength, while also providing opportunities for other patients to book appointments that align with their schedules.

Treatment Packages

Invest in our treatment package and experience significant cost savings while ensuring consistent care. Our comprehensive approach is particularly effective for severe or acute conditions, as intensive therapy can accelerate healing and recovery.

All treatment package purchases are non-refundable. Each package has a specific expiration date, determined by the number of included sessions. Packages must be used within this timeframe to receive full value.

• Therapy Session: Twice-weekly

• Duration: 20-30 minutes

• Total Therapy Session: 24 sessions

• Time Frame: 3 months period

If you miss or cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will not be eligible for a refund of the session fee. Please note that exceptions may be made for unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
